Legislative influence:

Despite being a Dutch company working on French nuclear missiles, Airbus is also very active in Washington, spending over $3 million in lobbying Members of Congress in 2023, according to Airbus maintains 42 lobbyists in Washington and among other issues, these lobbyists focus on the budget and appropriations bills for the Department of Defense. Through its Airbus Group PAC, Airbus has so far spent over $140,000 on the re-election campaigns of 44 Members of Congress and 16 Senators in 2024.
