On Dec 1, 2023, the last day of the Nuclear Ban Treaty meeting in New York, the Ambassador of Malta to the UN, Vanessa Frazier, hosted a side event inside the UN building to share findings from Timmon’s new book about joining forces, facing facts, and taking effective action on the “twin threats” to our existence. Timmon was down with Covid, so Vicki did her best to represent him, and he zoomed in to answer questions. The book – and the ideas – were met with great enthusiasm.
Two professors said they want to use the book in their classes. One seasoned organizer said, “Sometimes I am overwhelmed by the information and perspectives and I can get very lost. You make an extraordinary contribution to the global movement by taking all this and making it accessible.”
